Hello to All DEC's, EC's, and OES's,
For those of you submitting your reports by packet or email, here
is the format to use. It is the electronic form of the card
(FSD-212 (11-98)) that is provided by ARRL HQ. It will help
greatly if we are all using the same format. You may use the
printed form and mail it if you wish, but the electronic form is
preferred. If
you wish to abbreviate the form, you may use just the numbers of
each answer instead of the full form.
73,
Don Moore, KMØR

** Monthly reports are required for several reasons:
a) They show interest and help keep both those above and below you
informed and on the same page.
b) ARRL HQ lobbyists and Missouri Section Government Liaison and
Local Government Liaisons can use the information to show that we
really do provide a lot of service to our communities. You can even
use this information to convince organizations to give you grants
or approve of your new antenna installation.

the local DEC position is vacant) and to your ARES team members by

anything else you want everyone to know.
