District D ECs who have been in the position over two years or more have renewed thier leadership positions.The following renewal EC appointments have been received, reviewed and approved.

Congratulations to Steve Barrington N9NSO on his appointment as AEC for Barry County in the Missouri Section. Steve brings a wealth of knowledge to this position by ARRL appointments he has held in the past and will be an asset to his EC. This appointment is effective August 1, 2009. I urge all ARES members in Barry County to give Steve their full support.
